If you are enrolled in AutoPayPlus and need help, please log in and create a help ticket. You may also self-service the following items from your website account:
- Update your personal information: phone, address, email
- Upload your lender statement / add your lender account number
- View your transaction history
- Check your future debit/payment schedule
Account service requests can be made from the Help tab in your website account. Contacting us from the Help form creates a traceable case for our Customer Care team in a secure, password protected environment. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need your Security ID, which can be found on your welcome letter.

Do you need to send us your loan/lender statement?
For your convenience and security, you can upload your lender statement from your website account. Alternatively, you can email your statement to firstname.lastname@example.org , FAX or mail your statement to us.
